1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to contracts between

and our clients for the creation and sale of DIRNDLBLÜTE handbags, accessories and related products.
Individual agreements made with a client take precedence over these Terms & Conditions.
Any terms and conditions submitted by a client shall only apply if expressly accepted by us.
2. DIRNDLBLÜTE Couture
DIRNDLBLÜTE Couture pieces are available upon request and are individually commissioned.
Each Couture piece is made specifically for the individual client following personal consultation and according to the client’s agreed selection and specifications. These may include the model, leather, colour, lining and any further options expressly offered or agreed for the respective piece.
The agreed specifications will be documented in the individual offer or order confirmation. Each Couture piece is individually crafted and is not prefabricated.
3. DIRNDLBLÜTE Prêt-à-Porter
DIRNDLBLÜTE Prêt-à-Porter comprises Capsule Editions and Made-to-Order Colour Models based on the established MÜNCHEN 1810 design.
Capsule Editions
Capsule Editions are small editions comprising between seven and nine individually numbered pieces.
The pieces are completed in advance and are offered exclusively for direct purchase at selected DIRNDLBLÜTE pop-up events. Subject to availability, a Capsule Piece may be purchased and taken away at the event.
Made-to-Order Colour Models
A Made-to-Order Colour Model is individually produced following the client’s order.
The client selects a colour composition from the curated options offered by DIRNDLBLÜTE for MÜNCHEN 1810. The agreed composition may include the colour of the leather, lining and embroidery. The design and embroidery motif remain those of MÜNCHEN 1810.
Where expressly agreed, the piece may also be finished with the client’s monogram.
The selected colour composition and any monogram will be documented in the order confirmation. Each Made-to-Order Colour Model is produced specifically for the respective client, whether or not a monogram is selected.
The Duo
A Duo consists of one Capsule Piece and one Made-to-Order Colour Model ordered together under a single order at the stated Duo price.
The Capsule Piece may be taken away at the pop-up event. The Made-to-Order Colour Model will be produced following the client’s order and delivered or made available for collection as agreed.
4. Website and Enquiries
The website www.dirndlbluete.de serves to present DIRNDLBLÜTE, its collections, craftsmanship and atelier.
Products cannot currently be purchased directly through the website.
Clients may contact DIRNDLBLÜTE by email or telephone, arrange an appointment or place an individual enquiry. An enquiry, consultation or appointment does not in itself constitute a binding order.
5. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
For Couture pieces and Made-to-Order Colour Models, DIRNDLBLÜTE will provide an individual offer or order confirmation setting out the relevant model, specifications, price and the production and delivery period.
A contract is concluded when DIRNDLBLÜTE expressly accepts the client’s order, in particular by issuing a written order confirmation, or otherwise expressly confirms that the order will be carried out. The specifications stated in the individual order confirmation form part of the contract.
The client is responsible for checking the agreed model, colour composition, monogram and all other specifications stated in the order confirmation. Any discrepancy must be communicated promptly and before production begins.
For Capsule Pieces purchased in person, the contract is generally concluded upon agreement on the purchase and payment of the purchase price.
For a Duo, the order confirmation or receipt will identify the selected Capsule Piece, including its individual number, and the specifications of the Made-to-Order Colour Model. It will also state the total Duo price, the price allocated to each component and the agreed delivery arrangements.
6. Prices and Payment
General
All prices communicated to consumers are stated in euros. VAT is not charged under the small-business exemption pursuant to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz – UStG).
Any applicable shipping or delivery costs will be communicated before the order becomes binding and stated in the individual offer or order confirmation.
Couture
For Couture commissions, the price and payment terms will be set out in the individual offer or order confirmation.
Capsule Pieces
Capsule Pieces are payable in full at the time of purchase.
Made-to-Order Colour Models
Made-to-Order Colour Models are payable in full upon confirmation of the order.
Production begins once payment has been received.
The Duo
Where a Capsule Piece and a Made-to-Order Colour Model are ordered together as a Duo, the full Duo price is payable upon confirmation of the order.
The total Duo price and the amount allocated to each component will be stated in the order confirmation or receipt.
7. Production and Delivery
Couture pieces and Made-to-Order Colour Models are individually crafted following the client’s order. Production therefore requires an appropriate amount of time.
The production and delivery period will be stated in the individual offer or order confirmation as a specific date or a sufficiently defined timeframe.
Capsule Pieces are generally handed over at the respective pop-up event. Made-to-Order Colour Models will be delivered or made available for collection following completion, as agreed in the order confirmation.
Should circumstances arise that materially affect the anticipated completion or delivery time, DIRNDLBLÜTE will inform the client as soon as reasonably possible.
The client’s statutory rights in the event of a delay remain unaffected.
8. Returns, Exchanges and Right of Withdrawal
Couture
DIRNDLBLÜTE Couture pieces are not prefabricated. They are made to order according to the client’s individual selection and agreed specifications.
Where the client is a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal would otherwise apply, that right does not apply if the client’s individual selection or specification is decisive for the production of the piece or if the piece is clearly tailored to the client’s personal requirements, pursuant to Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB).
DIRNDLBLÜTE does not offer a voluntary right of return or exchange for Couture pieces due to a change of mind.
Made-to-Order Colour Models
Made-to-Order Colour Models are not prefabricated. They are produced only after the order has been confirmed and according to the client’s agreed colour composition.
This applies whether or not a monogram is added.
Where the client is a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal would otherwise apply, that right does not apply if the client’s individual selection is decisive for the production of the piece and the requirements of Section 312g(2)(1) BGB are met.
DIRNDLBLÜTE does not offer a voluntary right of return or exchange for Made-to-Order Colour Models due to a change of mind.
Capsule Pieces
Capsule Pieces are finished, individually numbered pieces offered for direct purchase at selected pop-up events.
For Capsule Pieces purchased in person, DIRNDLBLÜTE does not offer a voluntary right of return or exchange due to a change of mind.
Any mandatory statutory rights applicable to the individual transaction remain unaffected.
The Duo
A Duo combines one Capsule Piece with one Made-to-Order Colour Model. The legal treatment of each component is determined separately according to its nature and the circumstances in which the contract was concluded.
DIRNDLBLÜTE does not offer a voluntary right of return or exchange for a Duo or either of its components due to a change of mind.
The Made-to-Order Colour Model forming part of a Duo is subject to the provisions for Made-to-Order Colour Models above. Where the requirements of Section 312g(2)(1) BGB are met, no statutory right of withdrawal applies to that component.
Any mandatory statutory rights that may apply to the Capsule Piece remain unaffected.
Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
The provisions above do not affect the client’s statutory rights where a piece is defective or does not conform to the specifications agreed in the contract.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
9. Leather, Colour and Natural Characteristics
DIRNDLBLÜTE works with carefully selected materials, including natural leather.
Leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, structure and colour are inherent characteristics of the material and contribute to the individuality of each piece.
Such natural characteristics do not in themselves constitute a defect, provided that the piece corresponds to the quality and specifications agreed with the client.
Colours displayed digitally may differ from the actual material due to differences in screens, device settings and lighting conditions.
For Couture pieces and Made-to-Order Colour Models where precise colour selection is important, we recommend reviewing the relevant physical leather or material sample before confirming the order.
10. Craftsmanship
DIRNDLBLÜTE pieces are individually crafted by hand.
Minor variations resulting from genuine artisanal production are characteristic of handcrafted work and do not constitute defects where they do not impair the agreed quality, functionality or intended use of the product.
11. Care
Leather and other fine materials require appropriate care.
Clients should follow the care instructions supplied with the product or otherwise provided by DIRNDLBLÜTE.
Damage caused by improper use, inappropriate storage, unsuitable cleaning or care products, excessive exposure to moisture, heat or other external influences does not constitute a product defect where the damage results from such treatment.
Normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use is likewise not a defect.
12. Statutory Rights in the Event of Defects
The client's statutory rights in respect of defects apply in accordance with German law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits mandatory statutory consumer rights relating to defective goods.

Please provide your name, information identifying the relevant purchase or commission and a description of the issue. Photographs may be requested where helpful for assessing the matter.
13. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
We are also liable without limitation for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health where such damage is caused by an intentional or negligent breach of duty by us or by our legal representatives or agents.
In the event of a negligent breach of a material contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract, except in cases involving injury to life, body or health.
A material contractual obligation is an obligation whose performance is essential to the proper execution of the contract and on whose performance the client may normally rely.
Mandatory statutory liability, including liability under applicable product liability law, remains unaffected.
14. Retention of Title
Products remain the property of DIRNDLBLÜTE until the agreed purchase price has been paid in full.
15. Data Protection
Information about the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy available on this website.
16. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
17. Applicable Law
German law applies to contracts concluded with DIRNDLBLÜTE.
Where the client is a consumer and has their habitual residence in another country, this choice of law does not deprive the client of mandatory consumer protection afforded by the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
18. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.
